Sports pictures will be taken at the locations above. Please be ready to take pictures when it is your designated time. Sport picture envelopes can be printed off the BHHS website https://5il.co/w6bg or will be available the day of pictures. Tyra is asking that one check be written per picture envelope.

Athletic pictures on Monday will be for 9-12 sports only. NO JH sports pictures on Monday. They will be taken on the make-up day for pictures during school (date to be announced soon).

Students Grades 9-12 can begin class registration on Mon. Aug. 16th. Mrs. James, Mrs. Anderson and Traci will available to help students.
6th Grade Orientation will be on Thursday, August 19th at 10:00 AM.
This will be for students only. Students can enter at the Main Entrance.
Push Notifications for specific groups are available through your BHSD App for your smart phone.
To set these up: go to your BHSD App on your smart phone>select menu in the bottom left corner>then select settings in the bottom right corner> select push notifications> then select which notifications to subscribe to.
You will then get notifications for those specific groups!

High school practices will start soon!
HS Football - Thursday, Aug. 5th at 7:00 am at the practice field.
HS Volleyball - Thursday, Aug. 12th at 3:30 pm in the arena.
JH & HS Cross Country - Monday, Aug. 16th at 8 am in arena lobby.
JH Football & Volleyball will start practice the first day of school.
Reminder: The weight room will be closed until Monday, August 9. It will be open from 9-10:30 am
There is some confusing information circulating concerning school photographer. All students are required to take a picture with the school photographer, Tyra Gefroh, for the annual and our student information system. Ping Pong pictures are optional and for convenience can also be taken with our school photographer at the same sitting, or you are welcome to schedule another date with the photographer of your choosing.
PICTURE DAY: The attached picture form to the post yesterday was just for athletes. A form for all other pictures will be posted when we receive it, and available the day of pictures which is Aug. 16th. Watch here for more details!!

Want to add BH School events to your personal calendar? Do this and they shall be yours!
Both calendars are Google based, so you will need to have a Google account to do this.
To add the athletics or the school calender, you need to do the following:
1. Sign into Google (easiest way is to open a tab to Google and click "sign in" - right hand side blue button)
2. Then go to the Britton-Hecla School calendar that you want to add from the main menu on the website.
- Events calendar is under the district tab.
- Athletics is under the Athletics tab.
3. Click on that calender.
4. Since you are signed in to Google, you will get a prompt to "add the calendar"
5. Click "add" and voila... The calendar is yours to view.
*You may need to "sync" your Google calendar to get it to populate right away.
