Tonight's Girls Basketball game at Northwestern has been postponed to Monday, January 9th at 6:30 pm.
Mrs. Roehr's class had a blast on their Zoom call with Kelsey Starks! She is a news anchor from Louisville, Kentucky. They watch the News Quiz episodes every week!

Basketball Season will begin tomorrow night starting at 5 pm against Tiospa Zina. The junior class post prom will be having a fundraiser meal!
The 8th Grade FACS class will be offering these upcycled pillows at silent auction on Friday, December 9th during the basketball double header. We will have tables set up on the west side of the new gym.
Pillows will be available to bid on starting at half-time of JV games. Auction will close at the start of the boys varsity game. Pillows can be picked up and paid for during half-time of the boys varsity.
Proceeds from this project will be donated to the Marshall County Food Pantry. We look forward to sharing back with our community!
Holgate Countdown Competitors: In the 8th grade brackets, Camden placed 2nd, and Nate placed 4th. In the 7th grade brackets Ruthie, Jaelee, and Chaz all placed 4th.
The 6th-12th band and choir concert is tomorrow night at 7pm in the Amacher. A recording of the concert will be available to view on the BH YouTube channel Friday. Below is a link to the concert program list of songs. We hope to see you there!

Congratulations to Cassidy for earning a Superior on her Poetry Reading at the State Oral Interpretation Festival.
Congratulations to the Britton-Hecla Oral Interpretation Team for a fantastic showing at the State Festival. They earned a Team Excellence Award, two Superiors, and two Superior with Distinctions, the most of any Class B school.
Congratulations to Regan for earning a Superior with Distinction at the State Oral Interpretation Festival. She was one of only two in the Oratory category to earn the highest rating.
Congratulations to Will for earning a Superior with Distinction at the State Oral Interpretation Festival. It was the only Superior with Distinction given for Class B Humorous.
Congratulations to the Britton-Hecla Reader’s Theatre. Ashlyn, Will, Katee, Regan, and Cassidy earned a superior at the State Oral Interpretation Festival.
